The abortion law should state that woman who wants to terminate pregnancy has unlimited right to do so if she take initiative before the end of 12th week of pregnancy and the termination happens before end of 18th week of pregnancy. If woman fulfils the requirement to take initiative (by, for example, calling the clinic and stating clearly she wants to terminate the pregnancy) but behaviour of clinic or any third party is the cause for not fulfilling the requirement for the termination date, the party being the cause is required to pay 5000$ one-time compensation in addition to alimony for the next 9 years.

In addition woman should have legal right to terminate pregancy in many of abnormal situations. Like when woman health is at severe risk (not only when there's life at risk) or like when fetus does not develop brain.

Abortion, like medical care overal, should not be a publicly founded service. But there should be privately run charities to help with that, like there should be privately run charities to help with any major social issue.
