Carnival Spirit really gives you an amazing fitness center experience. The gym offers complementary sauna and steam rooms in each women's and men's locker rooms. Also the therapy pool located inside the gym are free to use unlike many other ships, where it is only available to passengers with a thermal suite pass. Carnival Spirit does not have thermal suites, so their pool is free for everyone to use. What a treat! The fitness center spreads across 4 tiers (floors). The cardio being on the lower level, resistance training in the middle, and weight training all the way on top. Another interesting and different feature of Carnival Spirit is that their free fitness classes are not held in the gym, but outside on the lido deck by the dome pool.
The spa on Carnival Spirit provides a variety of services such as, massages, manicure, pedicure and hair services. There is also a medi spa on board where the doctors offer injections such as fillers. There is also teeth whitening offered on board. And don't forget to check out spa raffles as. you may win a free treatment!
