The original job post outlined about 10 major tasks. By the end of Part 1, we’d only knocked out around one and a half (turns out 1 hour goes fast when you’re building from scratch).
In this episode, we push forward with more system structure, automation, and foundational workflow elements you can adapt to your own Monday.com setup.
