This livestream explores what Ifá teaches about suicide, suffering, despair, and the journey of the soul after death. Dr. Asanee explores how many people wrestle with these questions privately, especially in Black and African Diaspora communities where silence, cultural expectations, and religious conditioning often make it difficult to speak openly about emotional pain.

We look at how Ifá frames human suffering, why suicidal thoughts appear in moments of deep misalignment, and how Ori, destiny, and ancestral support interact with a person’s lived experience.
