Social media can be one of the biggest triggers for someone who has issues with their mental health.

It can be pretty toxic at times. But, you have to know how and when to take a step back.

Things in the plant community can trigger issues as well with your mental health. From not having the rarest or an "it" plant to not having the right aesthetic on your gird.

My life is filled with spending my time on social media to help build my brand, but it can take a toll on you. I battle with my mental health on a daily basis, and it doesn't stop with social media.

Here I talk about all the things i've witnessed in the plant community, how its affected me and how I handle it day to day.

I also want to point out that I have no issues with anyone wanting to collect exclusively rare plants, I just feel like there so many of influencers who are all about that rare plant life and I want to be the one for more common plants. No shade to anyone at all ❤️
