Whenever you buy a car through a dealer (whether new or used), there will always be fees you have to pay and fees you don't. You'll need to pay TTL (tax, title, licensing), sales tax and other state reuqried fees. However, you don't need to the dealer prep fee, vehicle theft registration, delivery fee or advertising fee.
