Quick news tease, followed by a spot for (quite possibly) The ONLY cartoon ever made that legit made me cry at the end...........Which, now that I think of it, MIGHT'VE been the reason why they later on did the episode "Brain's Song" (IYKYK)...but I digress.............Seriously though, the ending to their Xmas show...you'd have to be made of Stone NOT to be moved by it 30 years later.

Also of note, this was PIX smack dab in the middle of an identity crisis. By this point, TheWB was already established, and PIX ID'd themselves as "TheWB 11"...Tell that to their graphics department, which--curiously--let the old "Circle 11" logo linger for a little while longer before getting new Movie Graphics one year later--even though the rebrand is already present in their News graphics--Seeing both brands at the same time was a little jarring to viewers; but then again, I'm pretty sure this wasn't the first time this happened (The waning days of "11 Alive" come to mind)
