Allow me to share a personal ritual I'll be practicing on the 10th of March, Sunday, you can do the ritual also the three days after.

New Moon Ritual:
•
You will need:
• 🕯️ White candle
• 🧂 Cinnamon
• 📜 Paper and pen
• 🫙 Cup with water
• 🔮 Crystal quartz
Steps:
• Make Time for Yourself: Set aside at least 1 hour either on Sunday or within the next two days, dedicated solely to you.
• Choose a Quiet Space: Find a comfortable place where you won't be interrupted during this hour.
• Open the Space: In silence, invite the energy of the new moon into the space. Take 5 slow, deep breaths to acknowledge your presence and the time you're dedicating to yourself.
• Light the White Candle: Use the flame to illuminate the path for positive energies.
• Sprinkle Cinnamon: Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on the candle to clear the space of stagnant energies.
• Connect with Abundance: Rub some cinnamon on your hands and pass them above your head to invoke abundance.
• Reflect in Silence: Spend a few minutes in silent contemplation, connecting with the desires you hold for your life.
• Set Your Goals: When ready, write down 5 goals in order of importance, along with the reasons why you want them. Don't worry about the 'how' for now.
• Visualise Success: Breathe deeply as you read each goal — Picture it as if it's already yours. Give yourself at least 10 long breaths. Picture it vividly, Inhaling the present moment of success with every breath, savoring the fulfilment
• Empower Your Intentions: Place the paper under the glass of water and add the crystal. Ask the crystal to amplify and clear the intentions, saying: "This is done, for the higher good of myself and all beings."
• Moon's Touch: Leave the glass of water by a window bathed in the moon's light.
• Extinguish the Candle: Close the space being greateful to the guardians of the land, the Moon and the Earth, the ancestors and guides. Turn off the candle once you feel your ritual is complete.
• Absorb the Energy: The next day, either drink the water or use it to clean your hands, absorbing the energy of your wishes.

Remember: Keep the paper close to your bed to burn it during the Full Moon ritual.
