This 4/5 port Thunderbolt is located on top of the 21st Avenue Parking Ramp on the West Bank of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. This siren was high on my bucket list, and it failed on me last year after I went to the Hudson P-50. I have since returned to Minneapolis to see Duncan, (Elevators & Sirens of MSP) who was also present at this test and got a success. Sirens in Minnesota are tested on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 1:00 PM.

I did not go to St. Croix County at 11:00 this time unfortunately as I was up almost 24 hours the day prior and didn't feel like going out there. (I would’ve went to Somerset if I did) First flight from RDU to ORD early in the morning, went to a 1st Tuesday test, and spent the rest of the day with Chris (Prospect Elevators) before continuing on another flight to MSP late in the evening. Overall, a very fun day in Chicago, and another few very fun days in Minneapolis.
