I have formally informed the City of Savage Minnesota, then 2024 Mayor, now 2025 City of Savage Mayor and City Administrator from the City of Savage…

I serviced notice as my intent to file a civil lawsuit against the Savage, for but and not limited to the civil right violations, discrimination, at mistreatment:

1. The actions taken the day of Tuesday, November 5th, 2024, shortly after 7am, by the Savage City Clerk,, for VIOLATING MY CIVIL RIGHTS not allowing me to have my rights to vote for my appearance.

2. She continued to violate my rights by ILLEGALLY DISCRIMINATING against me, by segregating and mistreating me by placing me behind a white board.

3. Then, continuing by violating my privacy rights forced me to provide my personal information for an “Incident Report” to red flag my information in the voter rolls.

4. To had to wait 1 hour and 20+ minutes to vote is outrageous. I have never been so mistreated, embarrassed, and discriminated against by an Employee of the City of Savage.

5. The hypocrisy of the situation is that if they would have not prevented me from my rights to vote at shortly after 7am, I could have been on my way to work.

The negative publicity from those people inline that were watching this incident unfold by the employee decision to place me forcibly place me off to the side is repugnant. At a minimum the clerk should be retrained, disciplined, and/or suspended.
