खमंग, खुसखुशीत ,पौष्टिक दह्यातले धपाटे | Delicious, crispy, healthy Dahi Dhapate | Thalipeeth Recipe

Dhapate is an authentic Maharashtrian recipe made from various flours or thalipeeth bhajni. Add few spices & leavfy vegetables like fenugreek, coriander & knead the dough. Our version of dhapate is kneaded in dahi/ yogurt without using water. These dhapte are made by patting the dough. The name originates because of the patting action. Dhapate & thalipeeth are very similar. Travel friendly & tastes good hot & cold. Serve with pickle/dahi/chutney/butter.

Ingredients

• 2 cup thalipeeth bhajni
• 2 tbsp red chili powder
• 2 tbsp coriander cumin powder/ Dhane jeera
• 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tbsp ajwain
• 3 tbsp garlic paste
• Salt as per taste
• 1 & ½ cup whisked curd
• ½ cup fenugreek leaves
• ½ cup coriander leaves
• oil
