When Derek Kemper, owner of Modern Homes in Vancouver, Washington came to us he was frustrated. Another HVAC contractor had failed to come up with a solution for heating and cooling the Kemper family's custom ski lodge on the site of scenic Tamarack Resort in Tamarack, Idaho.

After a survey of the Kemper's home, I knew I had found a perfect application for Samsung's 360 Ceiling cassette, a ductless heat pump that we could install without the messy and expensive retrofit of ducts to the home, and give the Kemper's the ability to set the temperature in five different zones of their new ski lodge.
