Here’s what I do almost every day 🫣

✅ Eat 2,000–3,000 clean calories

✅ Load up on lean protein, fruit, veg, nuts, seeds & fat-free Greek yogurt

✅ Strength train or get in some cardio

✅ Walk 8–12,000 steps

✅ Sleep a solid 7 hours minimum

✅ Make progress — in fitness, purpose, and relationships

✅ Have fun with friends, family… and yep — still have sex 💥

This isn’t about perfection — it’s about momentum.

I train for strength. I eat to fuel. I live to thrive.
