❓ What does the ideal composition of an innovative team actually look like?

The proportion of the different elements determines #success or failure - just like the composition of the sounds in a piece of music, the composition of the colours in a painting or the ingredients in a dish. According to a study, a team's innovative power is determined by the composition of its colleagues, depending on their various cognitive characteristics (source: Harvard Business Review).

The most innovative teams were those consisting of:
✅ 20-30 % creative people,
✅ 10 % detail-oriented employees,
✅ 10-20 % conformists (also known as say-yesers)
✅ and the rest of the team a mixture of different types.
