We are very lucky to live at a time where there are many types of treatment methods for bipolar disorder. There is less stigma and more understanding. Medication isn't the right path of everyone with bipolar disorder. I choose medication to be a part of my treatment plan but that isn't all I do. Among other things, I currently foster dogs but I am on the list to get another psychiatric service dog early 2022. I have included my fundraiser if you would like to contribute.
