We are sadly selling our much-loved family caravan (alas children grow up way too quickly!). It has a fantastic family layout with a very high spec with other additions to the standard set up (I've listed some of these below.)

Comes with literally everything that you would need, including two aqua rolls and wastewater carrier, water pumps and an awning if you want that too. There are probably other bits I have neglected to mention too!

LAYOUT:

• 2 x fixed bunks in the rear with dinette adjacent that converts to either a single bed or can have a bunk above. This section has a pull across screen so you can completely shut off the rear end, and still have access to the bathroom.
• Central bathroom including separate shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet
• Front lounge section converts into either 2 x 6′ singles or a double bed. Also has a very useful self-supporting extendable central table that can be used even when the double bed is up!
• There is also a small table that goes in the rear dinette and also a fully standalone table that we used in the awning (both stored underneath the TV/Media area next to the wardrobe when towing).

OTHER ADDITIONS/DETAILS:

• Sargent alarm system
• Fitted motor mover
• Allow wheels with recently replaced tires
• Recently replaced battery
• Additional large capacity inboard/internal water tank stored at the front under the central table section)
• Ultrastore rapid storage water heater system
• Radio/CD Player with integrated speaker system (connected to a "Vision plus omni directional TV Antenna)
• Blown Air Heating throughout
• Additional directional spot lights at both ends of the caravan
• 3-Way Thetford Fridge (small ice/freezer bit)
• Stoves oven/grill with 3 gas burners and electric hob ring
• Overhead storage locker with electric point designed to hold a Microwave
• Double wardrobe (contains the electrical fuses etc)
• Fixed bunk beds with proper mattresses!
• Additional single bed or set of bunks in end bedroom section (we kept this as a dinette area)
• Flushable toilet and full shower cubicle set up
• Blinds with integral fly screens throughout and added door fly screen. (One of these blinds on the front side window is a different 'non-original' blind as this was replaced.)
• Additional Heki 2 Roof Lights (one large at the front, and two small ones giving extra light to the mid and end of the caravan)
• Loose Fit Carpets


The caravan obviously has some age-related marks to the exterior (only cosmetic), and a few marks internally on the wood laminate etc (I would be more than happy to send more details/photo's/videos of them if that would help). The door handle to the bathroom has been replaced and a couple of the fridge shelves have a couple of rust marks but all works well.
