Ingredients:
For my salsa Fresca
4 Roma tomatoes
3 red peppers
3 chile árbol
3 garlic cloves
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1/2 lime
Punch salt
Chopped onion and cilantro
Puffy taco shells
4 cups instant corn masa
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 cup hot water
Taco meat
2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 onion; finely chopped
1 Roma tomato
1 jalapeño
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup tomato sauce
10 dashes jugo maggi
1/2 lime
