சேனைக்கிழங்கு வறுவல் | Suran fry is everyones All Time Favourite snack or Tasty side for rice. This quick and easy to make recipe.

Tips :
1. While cutting yam , you might feel itchiness on your hands.
To avoid this apply oil to your hands before peeling the skin.
2. Boil the Yam first with salt and turmeric , as it will help to marinate the flavours well and also in quick cooking process
3. Don't over-cook yam as it might change the taste.

Ingredients
Yam / Senai - 200gm
Turmeric - less than 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Ginger grated - 1/2 tsp
Garlic Grated - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil - 2 to 3 tsp
