The purpose of this group is to provide help navigating nutrition and wellness to all who need it. You should join if you are interested in receiving guidance regarding your nutrition and wellness. We will talk about nutrition and wellness problems and how to overcome them in a holistic fashion. We are not licensed medical providers. Our advice is for informational purposes only.

At the events, we will discuss each person's wellness: eating, drinking, exercise, and sleeping patterns. We'll also identify problems with alcohol or illegal drug use. Also, we'll optimize people's wellness by discovering any temptation that surfaces and helping people learn to say no to temptation in all areas of their life.
