The Great Train Show, previously known as The Great American Train Show, is a national touring train show. It only visits Salt Lake City every five to ten years so this was a great opportunity to catch this fun show.

The Great Train Show is produced by TrainShow.com which produces several other touring shows including the World's Greatest Hobby on Tour, Great Midwest Train Show, and Greenberg's Great Train & Toy Show.

Following one week after the HUGE Ogden train show, the Great Train Show offered a totally different experience, different dealers, and several different clubs.
