Father & Son 1st Flight 💜 Paragliding Love Story | Nova Dasalla | Mussel Rock, CA

Yeahhhh they did it!!! 🎉🤗💕🪂Their 1st “father and son” flight!! A dream held since Sekai was in the womb, finally came true. What’s even more special is that it ended up being here at Mussel Rock, Nova’s most sacred flying “flow” sanctuary. 💫🪂

And to top it off, as they launched, whales started breaching and dolphins were jumping in the ocean right below. 🐬🌊🐋💫

A brief story for all the “magic” lovers out there:

14 years ago, the morning of the day I met Nova, on a trip to San Francisco, I felt a calling to go explore this random “state park” called Mussel Rock. Long story short – not only did I end up there for hours hiking and watching the paragliders, that evening, I met Nova at a Burning Man party in the city.

Two days later, on my birthday, I got a msg from him asking if I’d like to go paragliding for my bday. It was quite a bday gift! And of course, it was quite wild to find myself back at this random place called Mussel Rock. (swipe to the end to see!)

The next morning while I was waiting to board my flight back to Denver, CO, a vision came to me. I saw myself at Mussel Rock holding a baby while pointing up at the sky saying, “Look, there’s dada!”

That vision, indeed, came true. 🙌🏼💫

We’ve waited years for this moment and often wondered why it wasn’t manifesting in Bali. 🤔

Now we know it was meant to happen here, and now.

It’s quite bittersweet being here, processing that more than a few huge chapters of our lives are coming to a close. 💜

While it will remain a mystery how many months we’ll be here, we’re savoring each day. 🤗

Taking each day as it comes, slowly finding a new rhythm of life, and staying open to all the magic that continues to amplify as veils continue to thin. 🙏🏼
