This is how to make egg custard tart. It has a slightly sweet egg custard filling. Pretty easy to make, worth give it a try.

Here is what you'll need!

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet Premade tart dough
2 large Eggs
80ml milk
85g Sugar
160ml Hot water
1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
berries for topping

PREPARATION
1. Cut dough with a knife that is just a bit bigger than your tart tin in size. Line dough in the middle of tart tins, one by one. Lightly press the dough with your thumbs, starting from the bottom then up to the sides. Pierce the dough with a fork, bake at 180C (350F) for 10 minutes.
2. Make the filling: Combine hot water and white sugar in a small bowl, stir until the sugar is dissolved, set aside to cool to room temperature.
3. Beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Pour in the cooled sugar water and mix until well combined. Add the corn starch and mix well.
4. Strain the filling through a sieve, and Pour into the shells until it is about 70-80% full.
5. Bake for 5-6 minutes at 200C (400F), then reduce the heat to 180C (350F) and bake for 10 minutes more. until filling is just set.
6. Cool down for several minutes.
7. Top with berries.
8. Serve cold or warm, and Enjoy!
