Sexual Excitement के वक्त penis erect हो जाता है। Penis erection केलिए तीन चीज़े महत्वपूर्ण होती है , muscle उसका nerve supply और blood supply | Erect penis मेसे ही semen निकलते है। अगर sexual activity का time देखा जाए तो वह 5 से 10 मिनट का होता है। Premature ejaculation या शीघ्रपतन तब कहा जाता है जब जैसे ही penis erect हो जाता है और vagina के अंदर जातेहि 1 मिनट के अंदर ejaculation हो जाता है।

इसमें सबसे बड़ी समस्या यही रहती है की female partner का satisfaction नहीं होता। जिसके कारन रिश्ते में problems आ सकती है। तो जानते है premature ejaculation का कारण क्या है ?
