we have failed

This year was just a lot and one day I will be able to tell you more about it. One of the negative sides is that I constantly try to compensate for the shit I've been through, my default is to work harder, harder, harder and take less care of myself. It frustrates me that it's so hard for me to get better and that I keep making the same mistake for so many years. I like that I hold myself accountable now that I do Youtube and show my life a little bit more publicly. I feel like it will help me to slow down a bit and to work smarter not harder.
