On The Scene: Sixty-nine (69) neophyte and returning members of the House of Representatives in the 20th Congress have completed the Executive Course on Legislation for New Members of the 20th Congress. The three-day training program is a partnership between the House of Representatives and the Center for Policy and Executive Development (CPED) of the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG).
