For all my YOUTUBE Friends out there...
Here is the real life of an actor. No joke...due to good ole fashion Covid-19 actors often have to submit their audition digitally. You have to self record your audition and upload it to your agent.
Well...my agent Roger Paul out of NY hits me up at the end of the day yesterday and he said my submission had to be in today before 12:00 Noon.
So last night after leaving the studio I get home and I started prepping for my audition. I always try to have my props together, study my sides....get into character and lay down the best audition possible...
One problem.....NO GUN.....
(Note: Do I actually own a gun?.....That's suppose to be a surprise) As Gomer Pyle would say....Surprise Surprise Surprise.....
So Rodney... how can I make this look reasonably realistic.....? THINK... Come on Bro.....Use the gifts The Lord Gave Ya....
I took a couple minutes to think....and I figured it out! Well I had a piece of wood from a previous project, I sketched out my own version of The Rippy GLOCK...
Got my rotary saw and I went to work. After a few cuts and I checked my tool box and I found a car lug nut...grabbed my black gaffers tape...and the rest is history.
I got my badge....got into character....and here is the results!
Do you think I deserve the role??????
