White blood corpuscles, also known as white blood cells (WBCs) or leukocytes, are an essential part of the immune system and play a crucial role in defending the body against infections and diseases. There are several types of white blood cells, which can be categorized into two main groups: granulocytes and agranulocytes.

Granulocytes:
