Hibiscus tea recipe dried flowers -
1/2 of a mango — peeled and sliced or a peach peeled and sliced
1 TBS hibiscus flowers
1 to 2 thyme sprigs
2 bags green tea
Boiling water
1 - 1 quart jar with a lid

Place the fruit, thyme and hibiscus the jar.

Hang the two tea bags on the sides of the jar.

Add boiling water to the top. Allow steeping for about fifteen minutes.

Pull out the tea bags and squeeze the liquid.

Cool down completely, cover and refrigerate for about three hours.

Strain over ice and serve.
