Is this the BEST art medium for relaxing?

Relax to some satisfying sounds and visuals, as I use paper, scissors, and glue to create a cut-paper collage \ mixed-media artwork. This video is part of a weekly series where I challenge myself to create a finished artwork using a randomly chosen 'color palette' from the Pantone Edition of "The Complete Color Harmony" book.
