A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to attend Latinx Therapy first live podcast. It was great meeting all the amazing people who are trying to break stigmas and provide support as a community.

It was very hard for me to go and it was very scary! believe it or not lol socializing has been hard for me since I’ve gotten older. I regret not saying goodbye and not staying longer.

But like we always say baby steps! This video has so much great information and guidance so don’t miss out and watch the full video!
