This documentary reveals the story of the 8-month long historic restoration project of the Gadsden House, located at 329 East Bay Street in Charleston, SC and completed by Luxury Simplified in partnership with the Historic Charleston Foundation. This circa 1799 home is a Grade 1 Federally Registered historic property and will now be used as a premiere event venue for Charleston weddings and special events. Gadsden House restoration included the work craftsmen who specialize in historic restoratation.
