Adhesive dispensing for custom camera modules at Camemake. In this Inside the Camemake Factory video you are inside a class 100 cleanroom where glue is applied on the FPC in preparation for mounting the lens holder and lens together with the sensor FPC.

The operator or automated system dispenses controlled glue patterns on the flex PCB around the image sensor area. This adhesive will fix the lens holder and lens assembly in the correct position above the sensor, ensuring stable alignment, mechanical strength and long-term reliability of the optical stack.
