Bill Anderson talks about Ray Price's influence and performs "City Lights" live on Country's Family Reunion Tribute to Ray Price. Bill Anderson wrote this song in 1957 and recorded the first version at the University of Georgia. In 1958, Ray Price recorded it and took it straight to number on the Billboard charts.
