Join me down on the River Thames foreshore at low tide - the very heart of London! Today I am finding all sorts of artefacts from pre-history to the present day.

It's an unexpected pottery bonanza, so if ceramics are your thing, you're in for a treat. We've got something for the metal fans too, though - have I found a piece of 18th century silver jewellery? What do you think?
