A review of Hereford's transport problems made worse by the lack of coherent planning by the cabinet of Herefordshire Council and the unelected body Marches LEP. who are thinking only of their corporate schemes and not realistically attempting to sort the problems, as demonstrated by the road to nowhere. Traffic lights out has been a campaign for some time and the ridiculous idea of a road linking the two busiest roads into town from the south will add traffic as the traffic you see in this video is not trying to get to Rotherwas industrial estate.
The real motive is to unlock land for development and nothing to do with traffic relief.
