Yeast based Chinese Rice Cupcake/ Huat Kuih , Simple and easy to make , Simple recipe with zero failure. It rises more than double of its loading cup & blossom beautifully without relying on chemically based leavening agents. No baking powder, no baking soda , no ENO & no soda drinks . It's less sugar & Vegan friendly (Eggless) recipe.
Ingredients 材料 :
220g white rice 220克白米
140 ml coconut milk 140毫升椰奶
1 tsp yeast 1茶匙酵母
50g light brown sugar or castor sugar 50克浅黄糖或细砂糖
1/2 tbsp cooking oil 1/2汤匙食用油
1 tbsp all purpose flour 一汤匙中筋面粉
