In this video I share with you 2 baseball pitching drills that you can use when using the SKLZ belt. For these pitching drills, one is an overload, and one is an underload. Meaning, one the band is helping us speed up the pitching delivery and get to get through hip to shoulder separation and the other is resisting us as we pitch so we need to be strong with our leg drive and leading with our butt/hips.
