Today I had lunch at a convenience store in Tokyo, Japan. It is called 7-eleven and is one of the most famous convenience stores in the world. You can get everything that you need there but in some stores in Japan you can also eat there. It is very cheap but the food is pretty good, so I would highly recommend eating there if you really do not have time for a proper restaurant.

They have microwaves to heat your bento
Since it is a normal store, you have to pick everything by yourself first and pay upfront
The eating area differs from store to store, but normally there is enough space to sit and eat
-The food in all 7-eleven stores is the name with the exception of regional food
