After weeks of searching for the over-hyped and overpriced Fuji X100F before my trip to Spain and Portugal, I was lucky enough to have a friend who let me borrow his Fuji. I brought two other cameras expecting to be disappointed with the X100F and thought I would end up using my other cameras – I was wrong. While I can't justify the resale price of the X100F right now, I cant believe how much I enjoyed taking photos with the camera. 2831 photos to be exact. I would say that 85%of these photos are unedited and straight-out-of-camera using the built in Fujifilm recipes. The fuji colors are *chef's kiss*. By the end of the trip, I didn't think the Fuji X100F was overhyped. There will be some image quality loss on the video, I searched the best Lightroom export settings so let's hope it's not terrible.

This was my first time abroad and I knew I wanted to experience Spain & Portugal first. From watching surf videos, to Anthony Bourdain episodes, these two countries were top priority for my first European trip abroad. The culture, the food, the views, the wine, the architecture, the generosity of the people, all of it was incredible, and more than I dreamed of. We started in Barcelona, flew to Palma, then to San Sebastian (my favorite spot), then to Bilbao, then to Porto and back to Barcelona before flying home Sadly, I broke my foot surfing in Portugal and had to cut the trip early by a few days. But, I was also lucky to have my return flight cancel in New York City so as a trip bonus, I got to hang out with old friends, slurp some ramen, and drink a little too much for a 14hr period in NYC.
