For the batter: (makes 10-12 crepes).
1 cup all-purpose flour.
Half teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
2 cups of milk.
3 large eggs.
2 tablespoon of melted butter.

process:
mix all ingredients of batter in a bowl and strain if you see any lumps. heat a nonstick pan or cast iron griddle on medium flame. lightly brush with melted butter (not too much or batter won't stick) and wipe with a tissue. pour about 1/4th cup of batter in your pan and cook for about 1 minute and then flip and cook another 30 seconds. cook all the crepes and pile them on a plate. when done, take a crepe smear Nutella, arrange banana slices and fold as you like, in the video I've folded it in a triangle but you can fold any way you want. also if you want you can spread any jelly or marmalade if you don't want Nutella. serve it with maple syrup, honey, or skip if you wish.
