Mullen Automotive ($MULN) Receives Emissions Standards Certification from CARB for Mullen 3 Chassis

Mullen Automotive (NASDAQ: MULN), an emerging electric vehicle manufacturer, has announced certification from the California Air Resources Board for its 2025 Mullen THREE Class 3 all-electric low cab forward chassis truck. This certification, granted to manufacturers meeting specific emissions standards, aligns with CARB regulations adopted by 14 states, including California.

This certification opens doors to state EV incentive programs, crucial under CARB's Advanced Clean Fleets regulation, mandating 50% zero-emission vehicle purchases by 2024 and 100% by 2027 for state and local government fleets. Fleets with high priority can utilize ZEV milestones to meet these targets.
