Welcome to your Dynamic Somatic Pilates Flow for Core Strength and Flexibility practice.
Get ready to strengthen your core and improve flexibility with a blend of dynamic Pilates exercises that target your core while incorporating fluid somatic flow sequences to enhance flexibility. This practice will help you feel stronger and more connected to your body.

Sometimes I get my leg and arm mixed up, it happens, at 12.30 it meant to be left arm not leg, at the twist exercise towards the end. 😊

Make sure you have plenty of space and are on comfortable ground. Remember to listen to your body and do what is right for you today.
