A man with ties to our area was arrested this week after being accused of video voyeurism.
Kenneth Constantine, 35, of Palm Beach Gardens, was booked in the Broward County jail Thursday on video voyeurism charges after police said he placed his cellphone over a dressing room stall to spy on two women inside.
It happened on July 29 at the H&M store at Sawgrass Mills mall in Sunrise.
The suspect took off after the women confronted him, according to Sunrise police.
Police initially released images of the suspect last week with the hopes that someone in the public might be able to identify him.
CBS12 News learned Constantine is a personal trainer who owns a fitness business in Broward County.
According to Palm Beach County property records, Constantine currently lives at Avenir, a private residential community off Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens.
It’s unclear if Sunrise police are looking for additional victims.
