But in this instance I used a 60cm ‪@NanliteGlobal‬ soft box and the smaller source gave me the ability to shape the scene without worrying about spill. Along with the Nanlite FC120C’s RGB capabilities made experimenting with colours super easy - green isn’t usually my go to, but it looked interesting on the monitor and thanks to the wireless Nanlink app, I didn’t even have to leave my seat.
For a bit of motivated lighting from the kitchen, I placed two Nanlite PavoTubes at 2700K, dialled down to just 10% output. After looking at the shot, I added a floor lamp to help motivate the tungsten glow - threw in a bit of haze because - it’s not a DK shoot without haze 😂😂
