What you need:

Twine
Jars

Step by Step:

Step 1. With the twine, create an upside-down heart with a loop in the middle and place the jar on the loop join
Step 2, Bring the top (point) of the heart over the middle of the loop and pull under
Step 3. Pull away from the sides and bring the top over the jar
Step 4. Bring inner loop over and under and pull away
Step 5. Tighten and pull from top to secure
Step 6. Pop in candles, decorations and hang
