Описание к видео Hard Drive for Atari ST - Quick start with the ACSI2STM card. See description for more.

In this short video, I am showing how easy it is to setup the ACSI2STM card in GemDrive mode.
GemDrive mode is available on TOS 1.04 (ST, STF amd Mega ST), 1.60, 1.62 and 2.06 (STE and Mega STE)
GemDrive is not available on TOS 1.00, 1.02, 3.x (TT) and 4.x(Falcon030)

00:00 Setup.
02:16 Setup Date/Time.
02:16 Using a SD setup on a PC, launch DeluxPaint and open an image all from the c drive.
04:32 Launching Demo.
08:16 Launching Bad Apple Demo.
09:20 Checking disk size.

Steps:

1 - Insert a CR2035 battery onto the battery hold. The battery is optional. It is use to save the date/time when the power if of on the Atari and the card (RTC = Real Time Clock)

2 - Insert the microSD card in slot 0. The card must be formatted in FAT or FAT32. You can copy files into this card using a PC as long as the length of the file names and folders are less or equal to 8 characters.

3 - Connect the ACSI2STM card to the ACSI port of the Atari

4 - connect the USB-C cable to the side of the ACSI2STM card

5 - Start the Atari and see the C drive.

6 - Copy the control Panel ACC in order to be able to see and set the date/time. Date/Time continue ticking even when power is off thanks to the CR2032 battery.

7 - Launch a couple a demo to demonstrate the streaming of large files from the disk.

ACSI mode is a pure ACSI disk emulation similar to UltraSatan, SD4ST or HATARI (emulator on PC). It uses the same hard disk images with the driver of your choice.
ACSI mode works on all TOS 1.6 and above (Not tested on Falcon030).
