The Nambru were a wealthy oil family. Claris unlike her two older siblings, was not groomed to inherit the company.
Claris' parents, brother and sister died in the Leviathan attack, leaving her in a deep depression and the next of kin in charge of their family's mining operations.
She was completely lost and at the end of her rope until one late rainy night, outside of a grocery store she saw a massive monster eating garbage out of the dumpsters, except it wasn't a monster it was a hobo. She felt sorry for him and offered him a place for the night and a shower.
But this was no ordinary homeless giant.
Clare took in Reddof and they shared their stories. Reddof, having a background in business, offered his advice to her. Clare saw that he had experience and she herself had no real desire to run a company so she made the decision (over time) to entrust it to him.
Years later, through the combined efforts of Reddof, Nambru and Omivelt, FireBrand was born.

Misc. notes:
-after marrying Reddof, Claris took the name "Nambru Nonnac" in memorial of her late parents.
-Green-skin Dalitites are a rarer breed mostly found on Atlas. They tend to be larger and stronger, but usually are more lacking in the telekinetic attributes.
-Nambru leaves most of the sales business to Reddof, she likes the more physical demanding roles in FireBrand, aside from being the Vice, she is also the trainer of FB's elite personal military. As well as being Reddof's personal bodyguard.
