I'm a terrible person! I've done so many stupid things and mistakes in my life... I pushed away people who really cared about me and wanted only the best.. I didn't do it on purpose, it just happened
I didn't pay enough attention to my family and friends, and now many of them are gone and it's too late. But also, now, I really thought about it and stopped, I stopped running and chasing.
I always knew how important it was to be with my family, and I always promised myself to spend more time with them, but for some reason I never was.
We often have “important” things to do, and we push people into the background. And only in difficult times we remember how vulnerable we are, that life can end at any second, and that important things will remain unsaid and undone.
I want you to think, my dear friend. You're not a terrible person, not at all. You were simply swallowed up by the daily routine that you completely forgot that you are a human and not a machine. You have feelings, they're just hidden deep inside! And if you stop even for a moment, you can feel alive again!
