Maple Leaf Rag - way too fast

For shits and giggles, I decided on a whim to see how fast I could possibly play this. Yes, I realize there's no musicality in this take. It was a speed test given to me by myself for no reason at all. :P

"Ragtime shouldn't be played fast." That's what I've always been told and tried to follow, but a little experiment never hurt anyone.
I agree that ragtime shouldn't be played fast because of the style, etc.. but the REAL reason nobody tells us? BECAUSE IT HURTS.
