In video 31 of this 'Police Promotion Success' series, I focus on the CVF (covered extensively in my eGuides). Here I dive into the value called 'Impartiality', including potential interview board response prompts.

The CVF is used across UK police forces for assessing promotion candidates against the various behaviours (competencies, values). Note that Police Scotland and the Met have chosen locally-tailored CVF values. For example, there is much overlap with the Police Scotland value of 'Fairness'.
